Biga is a Pizzeria & Italian Gastrobar pioneer in Castellón. Its specialty is the Pinsa Romana, a slow-fermented dough of 72 hours with DOP ingredients — lighter, more digestible, and much tastier than traditional pizza.
The venue combines an open kitchen, a covered terrace, and a Mediterranean atmosphere perfect for extending the night. The menu of Italian appetizers and cocktails (Aperol Spritz, Hugo, Limoncello Spritz, Parfait Amour) makes it the ideal place for a drink after the route.
