Rental conditions

The first thing the participant must understand is that in the event of an accident, and if the cause of the accident was a violation of the rules and instructions detailed below, the organizing company will not be responsible for any damages the participant may have caused, either to private property, to third parties, or to themselves.

The company reserves the right to claim from the participant for any misuse of the company's vehicles and any possible damages caused to them. The driver is responsible for the vehicle and accessories they carry and will assume responsibility for any damages incurred during the routes if they occur.

The customer participates in this activity of their own free will and decision.

The organizing company has the necessary insurance to carry out this activity, including civil liability and traffic insurance, etc. These insurances will only respond when the instructions in this manual are followed.

The guide's instructions must be followed to the letter at all times.

Failure to comply with the previous rule may result in the immediate termination of the activity, without necessarily entitling any members of the excursion to a refund of the amount paid.

Before starting the excursion, the guide will provide a thorough explanation of the quad controls and how to use them. The excursion will not begin until all participants understand these concepts.

To carry out this activity, it is essential to have great respect for the natural environment and the paths we travel. This means we will stick to the indicated paths, without going up the edges or causing unnecessary damage. We will also encounter paths covered with gravel, where driving becomes more complicated; therefore, the guide will indicate to moderate speed and exercise special care while driving.

It is necessary for the participant to be aware that they are not taking part in a competition, but rather in a sports-tourist excursion. This means we will start the route on easy paths that allow the user to get to know and adapt to the quad. Depending on the participants' progress, the guide will direct the excursion to routes more suitable for their level, as well as indicate some stops to enjoy the wonderful surroundings and/or to rest.

Any type of waste that may be generated during any stop along the route, including papers, wrappers of any kind, water bottles, and even cigarette butts, cannot be thrown on the ground; we are in the mountains and are obligated to respect it to the fullest, so they must return with us.

To carry out this activity, it will be necessary for participants to have previously paid the fee for the outing, as well as to carry their B1 driving license with them during the excursion.

The participant will take care of the material provided by the organization for carrying out the activity at all times. If intentional damage is observed, the costs will be borne by the offender.

The guide will establish a circulation order based on the participants' adaptation level to the quad. This order will serve to ensure a smoother flow of the group and that it moves at the pace of the participant with the most adaptation issues. This order is completely unalterable. Overtaking is also not allowed, as this may pose a risk to the other members of the outing. Any reckless driving practices, such as skidding, are strictly prohibited. If the guides observe violent driving by any group member, they reserve the right to suspend the route without refunding the paid amount.

It is equally important to maintain the safety distance indicated by the guide to avoid accidents and/or unnecessary collisions.

This activity is considered an adventure sport and, as such, always carries a minimum risk, given that each participant drives an individual vehicle and its operation depends solely on themselves; each driver is obliged to drive with the utmost caution possible.

It is strictly prohibited to drive our quads under the influence of alcohol and/or any type of narcotic or psychotropic substance. Individuals undergoing treatment with medications that may affect driving ability must inform the monitors in charge of the organization before the outing.

It is strictly prohibited to overtake, drive parallel, leave excessive distance to accelerate abruptly, not respect safety distances, skid, and any behavior that may imply reckless driving. Dirt roads are also public roads. Drivers must keep their hands on the steering wheel/handlebars and feet on the footrests at all times. Pay special attention to possible distractions from observing the landscape while driving, as this can lead to a very serious accident. The company reserves the right, at the discretion of the monitors, to suspend the route in case the rules are not respected.
